Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Terms applies to all orders placed through Cosyvivana (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) online store. We aim to provide transparent information regarding delivery coverage, costs, processing times, and tracking to ensure a reliable shipping experience.

Delivery Area

Currently, we ship to all locations within Australia. Deliveries outside Australia are not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders above AUD 150 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders of AUD 150 or less incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 13.99.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) on business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it generally takes 1–3 business days to process before the item is dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Time

After dispatch, deliveries are typically expected within 6–12 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Carrier

All shipments are managed by UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Upon order confirmation, customers will receive an email containing the order number, payment details, and carrier information. Orders can be tracked on our website’s Order Tracking page by entering the email address or phone number used for the purchase along with the order number.

Liability Statement

  • We inspect all items before shipment; however, any damage or loss during transit must be reported immediately.

  • Shipping modifications or cancellations can only be requested before dispatch.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

  • Inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately to customer support.

  • Failure to check deliveries or provide accurate instructions may affect claims for lost or damaged items.
