1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Cosyvivana’s online store in Australia. By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing the website, you acknowledge and accept the rights and responsibilities outlined herein. These terms are applicable only to customers located in Australia.

We strive to keep all website content accurate and up-to-date; however, continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

3. Products, Inventory, and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product information, availability, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to:

4. Orders and Payment

All orders must be submitted through the online checkout system. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Payment authorization occurs before order processing. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to all regions within Australia. Orders outside Australia are not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders equal to or below AUD 150 are charged AUD 13.99 for delivery; orders over AUD 150 receive free shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery is expected within 6–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS handles all shipments.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders after 6:00 PM or during non-business days will be processed the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped within 48 hours may be canceled immediately. For orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped, we recommend waiting for delivery and then following our Return & Exchange Process for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Period: Requests may be made within 30 days after receiving the item.

Eligible Conditions:

  • Product has visible damage

  • Quality issues

  • Strong odor or severe color discrepancy

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Returns without reason (conditions apply)

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

  2. If approved, we provide a return address.

  3. Send the item to the designated address and await receipt.

  4. After inspection, if confirmed, a refund will be processed.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer support with order information, reason, and photos/videos.

  2. Approved requests receive a return address.

  3. Return the item and await inspection.

  4. Replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Return Labels: Proper return labels must be attached to all returned items to ensure they are tracked and processed accurately. Customers are responsible for following labeling instructions to avoid delays.

Refunds: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

Shipping Costs: Shipping for defective or damaged products is covered by us. For returns without reason, customers bear the shipping costs.

Liability: We are responsible for verifying returned items but are not liable for damage caused during transit if packaging or labeling is incorrect.
